Fair Week Camping
The fairgrounds has hundreds of camping sites during fair week. This has evolved into a treasured attraction for many at the fair, so much that in recent years expansion projects have been underway to provide more sites.
Contact: Lynn Allen at 814-489-7830, 288 Dobson Road, Sugar Grove, PA 16350.
All reservations and payment must be in by June 1st. If you have not made your reservations or paid for your site, that site will be given to the next person on the waiting list. Make checks payable to Warren County Fair and mail to Lynn Allen.
The camping fee is fully refundable up to 1 week before the start of the Fair. Campers are permitted to hook up beginning Saturday and must be unhooked by the following Sunday. An additional charge will be added for hooking up earlier, or remaining later. All campers must check in at the Fair Camping Office located at the Pony Gate and be placed by Fair Personnel. A season pass for each person within the camping unit must be presented or purchased at the Fair Camping Office. Camping Units may not be removed until after midnight Saturday night of the Fair. All trailers and equipment must be removed from the grounds within one week of the Fair closing. The Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any camper or persons.
Any house trailer or camper MUST be parked in the designated area.

Camping on the fairground during fair week is the best way to get the most out of the fair. It’s also critical for many of the staff, volunteers, and entry participants to perform their work throughout the week. Even though there are over 300 sites, there is a very long waiting list, with a rubric of criteria.
We are continually processing the fair week camp site waiting list. The contact information used when you first registered on the waiting list may now be out of date. You much ensure Lynn Allen at 814-489-7830 has your correct contact information. There are several people that we have been unable to contact due to phone numbers being changed. Please get this updated so we can maintain your priority on the list.
