Warren County Fair and Penn State Extension, Master Gardeners of Warren County present “Seed to Supper”. An in-depth Guide to vegetable gardening, from building a raised garden bed, to planting, nurturing and harvest. If you have an interest in raising your own fresh vegetables, this is the place to be!!

Classes in the Grange Building
Who: Open to all adult community members who have an interest in growing vegetables on a budget. There is no fee to attend this program.
How: Pre-registration is required. All classes must be attended; however, virtual make-up classes are available if needed. Contact Sue Witter at 814-802-1022 or email skw5797@psu.edu for more information, or plan to attend our Meet and Greet session on March 26.
Join the Penn State Extension Master Gardeners of Warren County & Warren County Fair in learning how to build healthy soil, plan your growing space, choose your crops, care for your garden, and harvest your bounty. Attend cooking demos and tastings of vegetables you might grow in your garden.
Plan to attend all 5 classes, including garden time.
Participants receive a free gardening book, seeds, and other gardening supplies based on the availability of those supplies.
*Included in this program will be cooking or canning demos and taste testing based on the vegetables you might be growing in your garden to promote better, healthier cooking alternatives.
The vegetables will be grown at the Warren County Fairgrounds.
